When we come back from our Thanksgiving holiday we will begin 3 weeks of  Random Acts of Kindness.  I will need LOTS of help with this.  I’ll be sending home a note before the break.  Just wanted to give everyone  a heads up!

Math Notes

We are working on addition and subtraction strategies. We are working on counting back, using addition to subtract and making models.

From the Teacher

We have had a busy week, but a good one!  We have been singing our Veterans songs and learning why we celebrate this holiday.  We read a book this week called “Those Shoes”.  We talked about things we want vs. things we need. 

Next week we will continue learning about Veterans and write thank you letters for the ones who are attending our program.

PLEASE REMEMBER OUR VETERANS PROGRAM IS WEDNESDAY AT 6.  WE NEED THE STUDENTS IN THE CAFETERIA AT 5:45.  THE PROGRAM WILL BE IN THE GYM.
