Important Dates:
*DECEMBER 15-19 – RACK continues…we will sing carols and deliver candy canes to the first grade classes, as well as leave cupcakes for the people who work lunch duty every day!
*DECEMBER 16TH – Polar Express Day (We will wear pajamas, watch the movie and have hot chocolate.)
*DECEMBER 18th – Holiday Party – 1:30-2:15
*DECEMBER 19th – early release at noon

The kids are doing a wonderful job with our RACK.  I hope they are bringing some of their experiences home.  I know one family actually received a thank you note from their mail carrier!  Awesome!  We are making lots of people very happy here at Westwood!  Thank you for your support.

I want you to know that I will not be at school Wednesday, Thursday or Friday next week.  I will be traveling to Waco to help take care of my father.  He is having a full knee replacement Tuesday morning.  Michelle Millsaps, a former kindergarten teacher here, will be teaching the class.  I just wanted to make sure you knew.  Thank you and have a wonderful week and a blessed Thanksgiving.
