IF YOU HAVE NOT TURNED IN THE CONTRACT FOR ROCKET READER IT WAS DUE TODAY, JANUARY 30TH.
YOUR CHILD MAY BEGIN TURNING IN REPORTS MONDAY, FEBRUARY 2ND.  PLEASE SIGN EACH REPORT AND WRITE THE NUMBER OF PAGES.  REMEMBER YOUR CHILD WILL HAVE TO READ EACH REPORT IN CLASS.
(PLEASE DO NOT WRITE THE REPORT FOR THEM)


I am in need of white card stock.  If you could pick some up, please let me know!  I need it to make some pieces for our 3-D farm mat. 

Please don’t forget to look in your child’s folder EVERY night.  Most nights your child will have a reader that we have worked on in guided reading groups.  There could also be spelling practice or other important things for you to know.  Thank you.

Your child will receive their Rocket Reader folder on Monday.  There is a very important information sheet and your child’s reading contract in it.  Please look it over carefully and return the contract as soon as possible. (No later than next Friday, January 30th) Your child may begin turning in reports on February 2nd.  If you have ANY questions, please feel free to contact me.  This is an exciting program!  I’m really looking forward to seeing how well the kids can do!
